How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or reply to your receipt email. You can also contact us and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account page. Pro features stop as soon as you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; to get money back for a payment, request a refund as above.
