Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of InstaQuote (the "Service"), provided by Innovarq Media, LLC ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Innovarq Media, LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

InstaQuote helps service businesses build quotes, save them, share them with clients and, with InstaQuote Pro, generate AI follow-up questions for more accurate estimates.

Your account

You must be of legal age and, if you use the Service for a business, have authority to bind that business. Provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with its security, including uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service, or getting around its technical limits.

AI features

• You must not use AI features to create illegal, hateful, harassing or deceptive content, impersonate others, create malware, or try to bypass safety controls.
• You are responsible for what you enter, for having the right to use it, and for how you use the results. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check it before relying on it, and don't use it as a substitute for professional advice.
• You keep your rights in what you enter, and may use the output for your business, subject to others' rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be terminated.
• We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, or restrict accounts to keep the Service safe.

Your content

You own the quotes and information you add. You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the Service.

Intellectual property

Innovarq Media, LLC owns the Service and all related intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. InstaQuote Pro renews monthly until cancelled; when you cancel, Pro features stop immediately. See our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service running well but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Quotes are estimates; you are responsible for the prices you give clients.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; your quotes and profile are then deleted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

General

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or acquisition. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Innovarq Media, LLC is registered, and disputes will be handled by its courts. We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
