How do I prepare a contractor quote?
Open the quote tool, sign in or create an account, and answer the contractor project questions. Generating the estimate saves it to your account so you can review it and share it with your customer.
Is the calculated amount a guaranteed price?
No. The estimate uses the project answers and typical U.S. rates, not a site inspection or your individual business rates. Confirm the scope and local costs before agreeing on a final price.
Can my customer see my other quotes?
No. Saved quotes are private to your account. A customer with a quote's private link can view that quote and download its PDF, not browse your saved quotes.
Can I try the contractor quote calculator for free?
Your first quote is free with an account. Generating it counts toward your allowance; deleting it does not restore the free quote. See Pricing for plans with more quotes.
